What we do with your data

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep:

• your e-mail address;
• the date and time you signed up;
• the page of this site you signed up from;
• if you choose one after signing up, your answer to “what would you use it for?”: one option from a fixed list (for example, “Staff scheduling”), never free text.

What for: to let you know, just once, if the Solver add-on for Google Sheets launches, and to give you free early access. Your answer about what you’d use it for only helps us decide what to build first. If it doesn’t launch, we won’t write to you. No newsletters, no ads, and we won’t share or sell your e-mail to anyone.

Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it’s stored: in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in the data controller’s Google account. Google processes that data as the service provider.

How long: until we tell you about the launch or until you unsubscribe. If we decide not to build the add-on, we’ll delete the whole list.

How to unsubscribe

Type the e-mail you signed up with and we’ll remove it from the list right away:

You can also write to rubenblanquez@gmail.com to unsubscribe, ask what data we hold, correct it or object to its use. If you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es or to your local data protection authority.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no ads. We don’t know who visits the site and we don’t track what you do on it.
• If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers it on your own device. It isn’t sent anywhere.
• The online solver solves inside your browser and keeps your last model there so you don’t lose it. It isn’t sent anywhere. If you click “Share”, the model travels inside the link you choose to send.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which, like any server, logs technical visit data such as IP addresses for security purposes.
• Fonts are served from this website itself: your browser doesn’t connect to Google Fonts or any other server to download them.

The template

When you make a copy of the template, the copy is yours and lives in your Google Drive. The script runs inside your account, can only read and write that spreadsheet and has no permission to connect to the internet. We receive nothing: not your data, not even the fact that you copied it.
